Audited Financials cost a lot more. IF and when EVDR wants to go to a higher exchange it would need audited finacials and file 8k, 10q and so on and must file ontime. All this cost more money.

It looks like EVDR might have 2 contracts. It's not worth much but it's a start.

I know some will bash this but i am going to post this link anyways. Spelling is off also and DTCC
