I understand that. But, given that this "merger" has been in the works and done with TEI assuming control, their accountants would or should have gotten most of that out of the way and filed related docs before they signed the dotted line to become RENU. And, I would think they would have gotten all the financial information from RENU at that time BEFORE they signed.
