i am puzzled by it all.

I couldn't begin to tell you if the definitions - especially of vicinity - enforce or hurt our case. There has been very little discussion on this board probably because it is hard to understand the wording technically and it is hard to understand the nuances involved in the wording. Clearly, to me, there was an effort in even a tmobile patent to avoid signal strength and clarity in their patents. Will the work around,,,work? It would be nice to hear from a knowledgeable patent attorney.
