Jim got this company suspended and is the last person to have faith in.
The CEO has never spoken the truth and that's why this company and OTC trading is over.
Makes no difference how the SEC worded it semantics make no difference here as the end result is the same. Never again will these companies trade on the OTC.

I think such a News,when a Company is in such a Situation,should Be sec proofed.... I am sure Jim did ASK His "sec-Agent" if he can word a News like this..... Wich leads me to another question,does the sec but Some Kind a "sec-Agent" on jims Side to help with questins about such Things? Anyone Knows that?
