Yes, Jim has the most to lose including possible jail time. Like I stated, it all comes down to this Acquisition. Everything else is irrelevent. I'm relying on Jim because I still own many shares of GTGP & GTHI which I haven't received yet. I have faith Jim will come through but I also have doubt. I don't listen to any of the posters on this board. I want to see results. I'm waiting patiently for this Acquisition to be closed. GLTU bud.
