Good to hear that the quality of the shirts tolerates multiple washings.

This is a name recognition factor related to apparel that is hard to quantify the potential exponential impact of.

Whenever a curious new logo appears at a gym or public place on a clothing item, trend conscious people want to get one for themselves to wear. Something that has an appealing visual impact and is still a rare sight and/or is associated with a highly liked and sought after product line once that has a chance to occur on a wide scale.

I think MP has the chance to be the Nike of sport supplements in the sense that people will desire the MP clothing more than they ever would the supplements. Teenagers for example. And college students too who aren't on any of the college sport teams, but want to appeal to the sporty set or to appeal to the girls who tend to gravitate to the jocks.

Look at how many people wear Nike shirts and shorts even though they are not jocks themselves.

I think there are plenty of people who would like to wear the MP colors with the logo overstated or understated even though they wouldn't necessarily be users of MP supplements.

Dicks might be a good place to see how strong of a trend could be started around an MP clothing line.

Hey! Where did you get those sharp white tennis shorts with the bright green letters on them? What does MP mean? Who are they?

Isn't the visual evokation of curiosity one of the main components of successful advertising?!

And what about MP's new diet product they came out with a few months back,(The BIZZY DIET)? It is geared for the 'busy' professional who doesn't have enough time to spend hours at the gym. That product and clothes associated with that product would be the perfect thing to market together at Dicks! Especially right after Christmas when people want to get serious about exercising and controlling their weight.

Dicks seems to be geared to the sports minded upscale professional and the professional sport wanabes alike.

You can't begin to play the role until you have control of your weight and figure. And once you have your weight and figure in check, you want to wear trendy sport clothes to complete the way you want to be perceived and to emotionally bond with the sports community you want to be affiliated with.
