I would think both companies have always had full time accountants who, logically, should have kept their books fairly up-to-date on a monthly basis. RENU hadn't done that much and seemed to have gotten rid of their previous "mergers" early on and should have already straightened their books out from that fiasco (minus any pending lawsuits, if any). So, given that they got out of most (if not all) of their previous associations due to their change in missions and not having done much until TEI, their books should not be that difficult to complete.

On the other hand, TEI, has had a good business going, and, hopefully, has very experienced accountants on board considering their successful ventures, so, their books shouldn't take that long, if their books were kept up-to-date on a monthy (or, even quarterly) basis.

Suppose it's the "Merger" of the two that is taking longer. Hopefully, TEI's accountants are the ones merging their books and inventory. But, with today's computer technology, they should have been able to merge everything and complete their financials by now. IMHO!

Regardless, getting tired of getting a dateline for something and having it constantly postponed at every turn. It's discouraging and unsettling and a confidence as well as a dream buster. But, don't plan to sell. Will give it myself a longer rope.... lol!
