It appears Columbine changes their rating every few weeks, sometimes 4 changes a month. As I compare, their ratings pretty much follow the daily chart and issue stock ranks in only two catagories; neutral and out perform.

They hold no shares nor manage any funds. They just provide analysis to other ETFs.

I don't think that Columbine Capital matches up to the weight of the analysts groups we have following CPST. JMO.
