Jake, couldn't the terms of a partnering deal leave room for PPHM employees to get access to those 8 million options, contingent on certain developments? That could make the timing of share holder approval secondary. Maybe PPHM already received enough yes votes from their proxy calls to satisfy such terms?
I have been traveling a lot but I haven't received a call for voting my shares yet. I have in past years. I did receive a snail mail proxy sheet last week with the PPHM report to share holders, which is nice. That gives me some reading without having to squint looking at an IPhone or my PC screen.
