follow-up further queries re prawns:

what is the name or type of this higher value prawn?

why would they not have got a permit for it by now?

is it as amenable to inhouse breeding and rearing as the other variety?

are there any other issues in using this higher value prawn instead of the mexican type? - if not I don't understand why they would not have gone for this variety initially right off the bat?

one other question puzzles me as well - these fellows' bios say they have many years of experience in fish farming in malaysia, so why on moving to china did they start with dairy instead of fish farming?
