Their boat is in litigation lien and only a fool would buy it without a thorough in dry dock survey. All the dry docks are on the south side of the island. sorry situation any way you look at it. The boat cannot be moved period.

Actually I was told the USS Minnow, the flagship of the MEXP fleet, sprung a leak and sank at the dock.
