NTRO not a contender for R/S, not even close! their o/s has remained around 200mil for quite some time now! they would have to dilute 1.8 billion shares before they do an R/S

NTRO WILL PROBABLY NEVER EVER R/S, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE A PROFITABLE COMPANY!!! HELLO!!!!
