I think yesterday's 17 M volume was most probably transfer between shorties to bring down price and fear tricks to entice longs to sell as well, but in vain, and more and more smart longs join in to snatch cheapies with shorties, so shorties couldn't afford to lose any more by offering too much cheapies, while today's 1.17 M shares is normal in nowadays...
With that being said, there is only on direction left for ICPA to go, go straight to the north...
Hope more longs hold tight and we should break out very soon....
