Etrade sent the the circular 230 to me but knows nothing about it and how it got sent to me???

Yes I found a tab on my online acct titled 'forms' and there was an online w-8ben to fill out which I did BUT I also manually submitted that form AND the OFAC declaration asked for by EPIQ SYSTEMS as per www.lehman-docket.com

I have sent nothing to Compushare. Hope that helps.
