I would buy this scenario over all other mainly because it would mean that ANTS(de) would not have to complete all those back dated 10-Q's and 10-K.

Plus no one would ever know the true condition of Ants(de).

This is huge for ANTS shareholders. Thanks. Updated filings and move up to the nasdaq OTCQB could be anytime now. He is working hard as the recent results show. If he got those filings (RM) just done ours could be anytime now.

Dr just reverse merged ANTS TX, a 100% owned private company into that shell. Now comes BOD appointment and next ANTS(us)!!!!!!!
