There are no accountants that's the whole point. There is zero oversight and regulation at this level. It's a matter of timely disclosures nothing else. But heres the thing Brian can make the financials look anyway he wants. He can understate or overstate them at his leisure because he will also be the one checking them
Since he discloses nothing to his investors there is no way to argue the veracity of the disclosures themselves. This is why the game is rigged in non reporting pinks
