They have not lied in the PR's, but omitting a substantive IRS lien nine months after the fact is less than honest. \V/_

Maybe not "lied" but not been completely honest, yes they have. The share buyback PR was complete and total BS used to try to manipulate the PPS up (and it clearly failed).
