Increasing the PPS should result in less dilution needed. But at a higher price it's harder to churn through, so the effect would be about the same. If we're at $2 and they issued 15M that will suck.

I think a good chunk of the volume is dumping. Some traders taking profits though of course. And NITE seems to be too fast on the level 2, I think they have a program working.

On a separate note, I'd expect that Nisse must report personal shares owned when he becomes a Board member.

He, should, but it's very hard to control if he has a Kapitalförsäkring. Insiders using a Kaptialfösäkring in Sweden is a problem, still illegal to trade with a kaptialförsäkring, but very hard to control.

Treit: if you look at the 6-month chart below and cross-check the daily volumes, it will become clear that there have been 2 main periods of furious dumping with daily volumes averaging over 400K coinciding with a precipitous fall of PPS to a multi-year low at 0.34 on July 17 and another low at 0.40 on Aug 28. The remaining periods had in general much lower volumes and an uptrending share price. These 2 periods are:

July 5 - July 23

Aug 13 - Sep 13

totaling about 35 trading days. If we assume a daily dumping avg amount of say 300K (to be on the dramatic side knowing there were days during those 2 periods with lesser trading volume than 350K), that would mean 35 x 300K = 10.5M shares max dumped. Even if we add another 2-3M shares dumped prior to July 5 when the PPS was mostly 0.60 or above , that adds up to probably only 12-13M shares dumped total, compared to a total issuance of 17M. On the intuitive side, one could also argue that only maybe 75-80% of the financing shares received were immediately dumped at very low prices while some % may be kept for better redemptions or even as an investment by the recipients.

Just a guess here of course absent further evidence.JMO

As I wrote several weeks ago where I thought we would be somehow in the middle of the dumpage. Now after several millions more, lets say we are about 65-70 % done. Of course unless we have more deals done we dont know about yet.
