You don't know that. There was talk about an East Indian group that did the big pump up to 25 cents and then left. It could have been headed by the infamous Manjit.

Frank you are correct. Manjit is of no relevance here. The negotiations never got past the loi stage and the deal was not consumated. My guess is that during the veting process ken decided to terminate the talks.

The issue is that bob nordberg knew Manjit a long time before the deal with katx was announced.
