No idea..I have reached out to them several times to no avail.

What APDN gets paid is the 64k question right now.

Will they need to hire an agency to handle their licensing deals?
Can you imagine the paperwork and manpower required to negotiate licensing deals with the HUNDREDS of chip companies that have to use their technology?
