Either way, this legal bump in the road will show up in the initial company information and disclosure statement and should also be tied to the PR announcement when financials finally hit.

The attorney letter with respect to current information and enough quarterly/yearly information to satisfy the OTCMarkets should be enough current information to get the PPS started in a more positive direction.
