What's your point? If this company is doing business in China, they will need a license to operate that business there, from the Chinese government.

I was wondering how that comes into play. Reach out is HK and I believe so is Oceanwise. Was thinking reach out or Oceanwise might be listed on business licenses? Just trying to put pieces together on who is responsible for what etc...

They are trying to make it look like they will operate in china
but have nothing to show for it but words-
and pictures of buildings in china-
And 2 billion shares of o s and 8 billion of a s -
none of their proposed developments have been
meaningful to date - IMO
