To be fair, until we see the actual numbers on the share count, there is no way of knowing what the float will be. The Doc has promised information, going as far as to say three weeks ago that the 10-Q was 97% done. Then he'll only be a year behind on the filings.
He doesn't HAVE to provide any filings but since he keeps using the word TRANSPARENCY, he has kind of boxed himself into providing them if he wants to keep shareholders believing in him.
