umm their downside could be much more than 3-4 billion..


we dont know the amt VRNG is suing for.. it could be 3-5 billion

if it goes to court and the jury finds GOOGLE willfull on using their patent..

the jury could award 3 times the amt being sued for..


this will NEVER go to court... or everyone @ GOOGLE is a lot less intelligent then we all thought..



no WAY they put the decision in the hands of a jury.


this prior art garbage is Googles last attempt before they finally settle

i think we will see a settlement before end of the month.
