nope,your wrong...plenty to be done company can fix it to sec satisfaction,this isnt a sa-e scam/sponges/pizza cones etc. the sec cant prevent the company from making money nor the pps from going up...seen greys make money also seen them die as those that are scams do...jim wont try to negotiate just fix it...it can and will be done

The only thing that is not clear with the assesment made by the poster is that why suspend for 10 days if the judgment is final and there is nothing to do or say?

This could be something serious like a needed restatement about assets or stock issues or more serious. We just don't know. In any event, I'm sre the firms in question have an opportunity to respond, correct, etc the actions in question.
