567 is correct in 10.00/share value but how are we (they) gonna
get it there.

Nope, no AS increase. In fact, I found out something kind of cool while waiting for FINRA to do it's thing - a company can RS and FS with cash out on the same form. Didn't happen with CGFI, but you might keep this in mind with some of your less real investments.
