No, nothing unusual. The larger cap equipments are holding better than the smaller ones, with KLIC, CREE and others being hit more on a % basis. I think that less liquidity hurts them in this market, with what few buyers there are opting for the more liquid stocks. If I were going long (heaven forbid), I would do the same.
