Actually there are two very significant reasons ASYI did not file a 10-Q, IMO. FIrst and foremost they would have to announce the termination of the LOI with Kool-Tel,subsequently explaining what happens next and secondly they would have had to divulge the current share structure, and if my speculation proves to be correct with regard to a reverse triangular merger involving ASYI/MKHD/GCS, that wouldn't have been a bright thing to do, if they were stil in that process of finalizing docments; nor an economical thing to do. Just my opinion.
