Filing states holders will not drop below 100
after the 50:1 Reverse Split and Name Change.

If you own 5000 shares you will end up with 100
but if you own 4000 you will end up with 100, and
if you own 100 shares, you will still have 100 after split.

Seems resonable to me why so many 100 share buys.
