Let me bring your attention to 2 very important points: "Global Technologies Group Inc. is a Florida corporation based in Florida. Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy of publicly available information about the company."
---- If you read the statement for all the other companies (every single one of them) it is "adequacy AND accuracy of information AND press releases". Here they are not questioning any accuracy. That MUST mean that GTGP has not lied about anything. They are just concerned that there is not enough information that is publicly available and that is due to the financials that haven't been released. Releasing the problem should correct the issue.
"THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the securities of the above-listed companies is suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT, on September 17, 2012 through 11:59 p.m. EDT, on September 28, 2012."
----- Trading will resume on September 28th - no matter what. By then we should have enough press releases to clarify the situation.
This is definitely a setback, but I remain optimistic.
