LL, you were right about DM leaving and the rest of us were wrong. Gotta give credit where it is due.

I do have a question though.

How many attorneys worked on EDIG stuff in total for TX, CO from all DM offices combined? 5, 6 or 7 maybe? How many from Handal of the 3 will be involved? Or should I say, how many at Handal will be handling our litigation...lol.

Nobody really knows I guess?

The infringement claims with presented evidence in court is what makes the decision as to who wins, not the size of the law firm nor it's national or international status amongst the ranks of it's peers.

The "bad news", DM split, the "good news" EDIG found a replacement to carry on the fight.

The out of pocket cash is certainly a concern.

The outcome is yet to be seen.

LL- How many times did shareholders emphasize how Duane Morris was on board and how if they were not it would have to be mentioned in a filing and everything was good!....now the Duane Morris is out everybody is like "yeah they sucked anyway" and the excitement moves on. Is Handal really a 3 person law firm? If so its probably not a good thing.
