Easier yet, name one that had revenues comparable to KMAG's that has had the same legal opinions for going on years, and had not issued 1 new share in their previous year.

Like I said, those that went grey, deserved to go grey.

The sale of new shares is what makes a company a scam, and eventually sends many to the greys.

KMAG has not issued 1 new shares in almost 14 months.
