Gotcha....good explanation and I agree. I also agree with the $53.53 BK payment, I was thinking about that as it partained to a possible distribution to CT holders but I did'nt want to open up a "default" can of worms LOL because the main thing that matters in my mind at least, is that we are in an excellent spot.....sitting pretty so to speak, waiting to get paid.
