it's almost as good as an auditor coming in because it proves operations are clean enough to pass the test...

If KMAG is up and up which many of us believe. Thank goodness the Q was filed Thursday with the attorney letter Friday...

That said we are stuck for awhile. Key now is for JR to continue to execute (assuming all is cool) and we have the potential to come out of this in excellent shape!!!
