If it is a matter of dilution, then that is an added variable. How do you know it is investors? You don't.

There could be other reasons.

Manipulation or someone that wants investors to lose faith. I know from hedge fund owners that they do have people on msg boards to assist in the endeavor. KBLB might be seeing this.

Also if you go to the start, this was trading at .05 before the forward split

Prove it. The highest the PPS was pre split was .042 30 days after we began trading for a total of about 1 mill post split shares. The PPS was never at .05 before the breakthrough. You should really check things before you post your "facts".

The only reason it even got there was because of a pump which was the exact point I was making. This started as a 1 cent stock. The only reason it ever went above it was the breakthrough. At that point it became a 5 cent stock. The price may have got to .26 but it was never there based on anything other than hype and overreaction by the market.

The stock is still a 5 cent stock until something changes. That .01-.05 value increase is due to the CEO the wild swings are caused by overreaching traders not the CEO.

I will clarify that pumps done by the company causing a wild price swing ARE the fault of the CEO but I do not believe we have had a company paid pump since the may 2008 "pump".(which was the worst pump I have seen)
I would also say that the SWA pumps done by CSC are indirectly caused by the CEO. CSC does not need to pump to make their money but it isnt like Kim didnt know they were going to pump. It is his fault for getting financing from a company who would pump.

Point is the CEO does not have "EVERYTHING to do with a price" Like was claimed.
