No, it hasn't. It's been "current info" for a while. The company even PRed about it in their ridiculous "total transparency" PR.

So, a company that can't even sustain the highest level of compliance on the Pink Sheets is soon going to control all of Europe and Asia, etc? With a corporation that doesn't exist yet? All under the watchful eye of exactly nobody?
