they have the lowest priority in the bankruptcy heirarchy. Shareholders only get paid after debtholders have been paid in FULL.

debtholders have the highest priority in a bankruptcy.

Your only hope at ANY recovery at all is to get the bankruptcy DISMISSED. Any successful bankruptcy will give you a 100% loss
