in the cement market Global only has a 50/50 Joint Venture with SLUP - has this expired already?

Hope you guys make some money, just don't suggest that $GTGP will not have the command position in the upcoming POWER PLANT market.
SLUP only wants their money. Got anyone else in mind that could do a better job than $GTGP on a moment's notice? Did not think so.
