Disagree with you on several points, including the following:
1. The only number that matters is the current quoted price at which investors buy or sell a share of common MEXP stock at a given time, currently .0001/.0002, known as market value/market price.
2. Regarding the convertible debt notes, have you questioned why BOCO just appeared on the list? Why did Alhambra Capital LLC disappear? Who are the principals of those LLC's? What about the disappearance of LT debt once MEXP was deregistered?
3. I guess you missed the MEXP conference call? MEXP secretary/treasurer/attorney/spokesperson Michael J. Scaglione stated the ship was being recrewed by Alvarez as he spoke (we now know that was untrue). He said MEXP's primary asset is the R/V HISPANIOLA which is a multi-million dollar boat that is financed by Stryker for about one-half it's value. Last I heard multi-million means more than ONE MILLION. Do the math.
4. You want proof of the boats condition. As has been posted here by numerous posters, for ACCURATE DATA regarding the boat and its condition, validation can be obtained by CALLING the Ramos Law Firm in Puerto Plata, the Dominican Navy, the Dominican Police, the Administration at Ocean World Marina, plus numerous others in Playa Cofresi, DR. The boat has been tied to the dock for TWO YEARS, it's gone NOWHERE. MEXP has NO CAPTAIN, NO engineer, NO crew, NO divers, NO NOTHING except the MANY DEBTS, and a few LAWSUITS AGAINST them. If you want the truth, do your DD and make the calls.
5. I don't know what to say about your statement that they could sell the boat and pay off bills. Surely you realize if MEXP sells something for less than the lien, they will need to come up with cash out of their own pocket to get out from under the lien. Not to even mention the divers who are in line to get paid, rightfully so. Did you forget about them?
6. Confirmation of a company selling product is NOT made by taking the word of anonymous message board posters. Confirmation is made by seeing AUDITED figures. Remember the numbers MEXP promised us over 4 months ago?
