In order to exercise ANY portion of the law that protects shareholders, it necessitates the use of an attorney. This option probably cost a couple thousand dollars, if it's even that cheap. So....now it's a waiting game, hoping these guys aren't going to screw the pooch along with, assuming they are running the mill, what must be relatively loyal employees, since they too must be seeing what's happening on the market.
