If Koma was not selling very well in S.C walmarts. Would not have been the end of it? They would never been able to go to a N.C walmart, even convenience stores are still selling Koma.

Unfortunately Walmart will probably not expand this drink to other stores anytime soon. They do not like to sell non-brand products that are not their own so taking the risk in NC or SC isn't a huge deal as they are probably trying to milk the local market and let a local brand at a discounted price. Nobody outside of shareholders and locals in SC know about this drink and Walmart can find a more recognized brand to put at the endcaps of all their stores nationwide. It's like owning a bar and having a local band come play and sell it out but that band not being able to draw 10 people outside of the 25 mile radius of their hometown.

I think this could be a decent stock but I would not buy it based off of Walmart putting this product (which currently has one endcap in the country) next to Pepsi and Coca Cola
