Whether or not I sell will have nothing to do with this uspr story. It has taken a very long time to materialize and the 10k didnt inspire me for several reasons. The litigation from April of one Israel Garcia is yet to be resolved. Now the promoter may say it doesnt matter as it will happen however it is now 6 months and nothing has come out thats 180 days to expedite this litigation but yet still nothing. The extension that EXPIRED on july 24th was never even spoken about. Its almost 2 months and there is no resolution on whether or not uspr will be granted an extension. The converts are still on the books as back when this stock was .25 to .32 the RUMR was when the coverts are done this stock will go ballistic, well here we are 8 to 9 months later and there are many converts on the books. The # of shares outstanding has increased with uspr as well over the last 6 months or se not a ringing endorsement. Everything with USPR is a mystery there is no conveyence of information fromthe company. 9 months ago uspr floated around a RUMOR that we had a big player in the IB space. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE IB PEOPLE DID IT EVER EXIST OR WAS IT MADE UP??????!!!!!! There are also potentially 7 other litigations that can still come out from April in adjunct to the Garcia suit.
THis whole story came abot from PT's son was in a bar in mexico and while he was sitting there a Mexican gentlemen came in and said " there is gold in dem hills." That is the true story that many people may or may not know. People have been looking at this property for quite some time and there is a reason why there has been no funding. The reality is to take a project on like this it is very costly and at the same time from what Ive ascertained the metals are very difficult to get at here. I will not give an out to anyone and say the delay is because of the rainy season.
The same player that were in another stock that is worthless were involved in uspr as well. I knew that when I got involved so I was well aware of the potential dangers of getting involved with the same people. It is true that they put together a formidable board of directors recently and are attempting to clean up the image. I dont believe there will be a deal this month despite the assurances of iceman that this is a 9.9. Yes its a 9.9 because he and his posse want out. Pertaining to him Barry Sutz thats his name was BANNED from the SECURITIES business in 1971. You can google it yourself and see his tremendous track record.
Conclusion too many missing pieces and always a mystery with USPR and it has taken far too long to materialize. Could it happen I suppose but there are too many legal situations that have gone on too far. The property IMO still has a LIEN ON IT and with October coming up and q4 most have losses here. And with 3 of the promoters other stocks going into the abyss this one could get soft in the next 30 days. Yhe one promising aspect is the new board but that doesnt mean they will get it done.I believe I have gotten enough milk out of this cow.
