Brian couldn't ask for a better deal. You all help expand the product line and generate sales and Brian decides how much of the revenues he wants to report. Put it another way there is nothing legally binding in his financials and disclosures.
But alas the echo's of the masses have spoken: "financials are not important at the moment".
