The way I look at it is CGFIA filed the AM03 beginning Feb 1 and were filing admendments as early as Apr 23, that 52 days. And those admendments were dealing with the whole permit. Now they are just having to deal with the tailing portion and there are about 9 or 10 items total?!?
That 90 day pr was dated 8/21, so that was 25 days ago!!!! We could be weeks from having all info into the DRMS and just waiting for a decision....JMO LJ
