Called TDA and they verified that the share exchange was electronic. And that I can now Buy CGFID through them because it is eligible for electronic trading. Hasn't been the case @ TDA for years, only closing positions for CGFID.

I don't think the DTCC releases notices on this. They just let either the company do it or just happens without fanfare.......
