I've always wondered that. But if that were the case, then I would expect for things to happen next week since the funders shares supposedly become unrestricted sometime over the weekend. It will likely take a week or two for them to go through the process of getting their shares from certificate into a brokerage house but it would make sense to think, if this is the case, that things would finally take effect later next week.
