The criteria for share price change has far more to do with not the news itself but who that news may bring in as investors.

I just find it interesting that the last week of August 21 days after the Aug 7th pr the volume and pr increased and thats been it
THe volume has diminished and the sp is drifting YES CONSOLIDATION
