Many longs here as well as fence sitters who had the opportunity to load between LoI announcement and the day of JV news are really lucky. On the one hand they have to thank scott for the overall work done of course but also thank him for giving the tentative time frame between LoI and deal to load more. Secondly the thank is with webpence for the DD findings. This DD has given people a "very low risk" opportunity to load and load. In a few days or weeks they will recognize.
