I don't even like you but you do raise good questions about the company and their reporting. I find it hard to understand how HannoverHouse was supposed to be so profitable quarter after quarter but we were in default on payments, and had to seek outside funding. Where did all this profitable money go?
Maybe thats why the audit can't be done as maybe those profits were not quite there. If they was then wouldn't they have plenty of money to pay the debts and no need to borrow money or sell stock to raise money on private placement ala Graham Financial for one.
