I don't see why he couldn't deny their claims. I believe it says such in the powers he was given. That doesn't keep the former unelected management from suing. I think the only people deserving of money are those that actually put any money in the pot. I would disallow any stock, stock options or backpay to any of the Unelected management. They didn't do what they were supposed to do and therefore the stock was halted.
